Throughout construction, our certified inspectors conduct regular quality checks at key milestones. Every project undergoes a comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before handover.
You receive detailed documentation of all inspections, materials used, and work completed. Your warranty certificate is issued upon project completion and registered in our system.
If you discover a covered issue, simply submit a claim through our portal or visit your nearest Propifo Center. We assess the issue within 48 hours and begin repairs within 7 days.
All warranty repairs are performed by Propifo-certified professionals using quality materials. No out-of-pocket costs for covered issues, and all repairs come with their own 1-year guarantee.
Please review the key terms of our warranty coverage
Warranties apply to all construction and renovation projects completed by Propifo-certified professionals through the Propifo platform. Pre-existing structures or work done by non-certified professionals are not covered.
Normal wear and tear, damage from natural disasters, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered. Cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality or safety are excluded after the initial warranty period.
To maintain warranty validity, properties must undergo annual maintenance inspections available through any Propifo Center. Basic maintenance and care are the owner's responsibility.
Both structural and interiors warranties are transferable to new property owners. Transfer must be registered at a Propifo Center within 30 days of property sale.
All warranty claims must be filed within 30 days of discovering the issue. Late claims may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed to be honored.
