Every quotation is issued against a measured drawing set. No square-foot rate is confirmed before the soil test and structural design are complete.
Every project is assigned a project manager, a site engineer and a quality auditor who do not report to each other. That separation is deliberate — the person building the work is never the person signing it off.
You get a weekly report with dated site photographs, a stage-completion percentage, material delivery challans and the running billing position. Nothing is invoiced before the corresponding quality checklist is cleared.
Cement: ACC or Ultratech 53-grade OPC for structure, PPC for masonry and plaster. Steel: JSW or Tata Tiscon Fe-550D. Blocks: AAC for internal partitions to cut dead load and improve thermal performance.
Waterproofing is a separate line item, never absorbed into a general figure — terrace, sunken bathrooms and the plinth each get a specified system with a written warranty period.
