Conceptual architectural design for a 1720 sq.ft residence in Tolichowki, rooted in indo-contemporary principles. Includes massing studies, three facade variants, full plan set and a curated material palette ready to bid out.

Design Philosophy

"Bio-climatic envelope — west jaali, north glazing, south chajja — sized from a Hyderabad sun-path study."
